Description
The CJMCU-101 is a light sensor module based on the OPT101 chip, which integrates a photodiode and transimpedance amplifier in a single package. This combination simplifies the design, reduces noise, and eliminates many of the issues present in discrete designs, such as leakage current and stray capacitance effects. The module provides an analog output voltage that is linearly proportional to the light intensity that hits the photodiode. The CJMCU-101 operates across a wide voltage range of 2.7V to 36V, making it highly versatile for both low-voltage battery-powered devices and higher-voltage systems. With a low quiescent current of just 120μA, the module is perfect for energy-efficient applications. It is particularly suited for use in systems where precise and linear light intensity measurement is required.
