Shipping & Orders
General Shipping Information
- Please enter your shipping address in English without special characters to ensure smooth processing. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Notify us of any address changes before your order reaches “Packing” to avoid issues.
- To cancel or modify an order, contact customer support immediately. Once an order reaches the “Packing” stage, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your cart before completing your purchase.
- In-stock orders are typically shipped within 1-4 business days after confirmation.
- All items are quality-checked and securely packed before dispatch.
- As per standard courier policies, inspect the package before signing for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any damage if you sign without checking.
Shipping Options
We offer shipping via DHL and FedEx:
- DHL: Estimated 3-5 business days (not guaranteed), tracking available, import duties not included.
- FedEx: Estimated 4-8 business days (not guaranteed), tracking available, import duties not included.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by their country’s customs. These charges are not included in the product price.
- Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for additional charges.
- If a customer refuses to pay duties and taxes, return shipping costs and related fees will be deducted from the refund.

Order Status
Your order will go through the following stages:

- Verified: Payment confirmed, order processing will begin.

Warranty Policy
- DIYnovate guarantees accurate product descriptions and high-quality items. If you experience any issues, contact us within 30 days of shipment.
- Warranty Period: 30 days from delivery.
- Coverage: If a defect is due to materials, design, or manufacturing, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.
- Extended Support: After the warranty period, repairs or replacements may be available for a reasonable fee.
Warranty Exceptions
The warranty does not cover:
- Products beyond the warranty period.
- Damage due to misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions.
- Defects caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, government actions).
- Products that have been repaired or modified by the customer.
- Opened product packaging without any quality defects.
Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it under these conditions:
- Refund: Request within 7 days (item must be unopened).
- Replacement: Request within 30 days if the product is damaged or defective.
Return Conditions
- All returns require prior authorization (contact info@diynovate.com before returning).
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

- The customer covers return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a DIYnovate shipping error.
